In London, double decker buses are very common. If you go out walking you will see heaps of them on the roads.

London is well known for their double decker buses. People who visit like to buy double decker bus souvenirs. I have seen magnets, badges, toys and postcards.

Double decker buses are usually bright red but sometimes you see other colours like blue, green or orange.

There are two levels on a double decker bus so that lots of people can fit on it. There are stairs to get up to the top deck. Sometimes there is a heap of people on the bus and pretty much every day there are people in the front seats on the top deck because you get a good view.

We go on double decker buses often so we can get to places quickly. We have a bus stop right outside of our gate.

Kids get to go free on double decker buses if they are under fifteen. As I get on the bus I swipe my zip card.

I like double decker buses because they give us more opportunities to go places around London.
