Hamleys
Have you dreamed about being in the biggest toy store in the world? I know I have. Yesterday my dream came true. I got to visit a toy store in London called Hamleys. We were there for a special event and got to go in two hours before the crowds came in. We got to be VIPs.
Hamleys has seven floors of toys and fun activities. My favourite floor was the one that was pink - the girls floor. It had heaps of dolls, dresses, shoes, toys, tiaras and much more. It had all of the things I like.
I got a balloon wand and face paint. It was extraordinary. We go to do a treasure hunt. At the start it was fun but near the end it was so tiring. Up and down, up and down, again and again. At the end we got a goody bag. Mine had a London bus but I swapped with my brother for an umbrella.
It was Fathers Day too so on our way home we went to the sushi train for dinner. It was delicious. That was my dream come to life. Delicious sushi, world's biggest toy store - THE BEST! I loved it.
I thought this was a fun gadget. You can have a song for your alarm clock which sings to you and even says your name.

Trooping the Colour
On Saturday, me, my mum, dad and brother went to Trooping of the Colour. If you don’t know what it is then listen up!
Trooping of the Colour is a celebration of the Queen’s birthday - this year her 90th birthday. It was at Buckingham Palace/St. James Park. We saw hundreds of soldiers, guards, horses and royalty all passing by in a parade. There was a lot of music and drumming and even a band playing on horses. There was also a man playing two heavy drums on a horse!
The queen was in a carriage pulled by horses in the big parade. She was wearing bright green. It was emotional for my mum. She was crying. I was waving a flag.
At the end the royals went on a balcony. It was so cool and amazing because we got to see baby Charlotte and George and all the other royals. When they were on the balcony baby Charlotte waved to all the audience. A lot of jet planes flew past and one had red, white and blue smoke coming out the back. It was so fun. We all loved it.
After the parade, we went to the green grass by the palace to have some lunch. We ate pineapple lumps and watched the police going back and forth sending the crowd home. ‘What a great day’, we thought.

The Little Gardener
On Tuesday, me, my mum and brother went to see a show called The Little Gardener. It was at the Lyric Square where me and my brother go to drama and music lessons.
In the show there was a man controlling the puppet. It was so cool. It was about a little gardener who wanted a nice garden but he could not do it by himself because he was too small. So he wished for a good looking garden and went to sleep.
While he was asleep, me and my brother planted two flowers for him. Then he woke up and was looking around at the beautiful flowers. He was so happy.
At the end we got a little bag of sunflower seeds and then after the show we went home and got ready for drama and music.

Our Trip to Paris.
Bonjour Paris! How are you? Last week, me and my family went to the city of love AKA Paris. We went to Paris to spend the day with my Aunty and to see the wonders of Paris. We went to the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Arc de Triomphe and McDonalds.
The first thing we did was go to Notre Dame. We lit a candle to remember the people who have died. Every time it was the quiet time a big loud voice would go over everyone and say, ‘SHHHHHHHHHHHHH!’ My baby cousin started crying and then the speaker went, ‘SHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!’ I thought it was the voice of God.
On the way to the Eiffel Tower, we heard barking and meowing, and what do you know, it was a pet shop! My brother was excited because if you know him he is a pet fan. He loves pets.
Then we went to the Eiffel Tower. The tower is very tall and massive. On the way there we noticed that the River Seine was flooded with so much rain. When we got to the tower the line was so long that we did not go up. It looked like it was going to rain and because me my mum and brother had already been up the tower, we didn’t think it was worth going up. The line to go up the stairs was not long but we did not want to go up them with the buggy.
We went and took some photos at the Arc de Triomphe. It was beautiful.
Then we went and had some dinner at McDonalds and had to say goodbye to my Aunty. My baby cousin was waving bye to her too. We hopped on the train and went back to the hotel. We said goodnight, went in our room and zzzzz. What a great day I thought to myself.

Disneyland Paris
Rides, restaurants, shops - where to go first? I was at Disneyland Paris with my family. I was so excited!
I had to go buy my Minnie ears because what’s a trip to Disney without Minnie ears? We also had to go buy my mum and aunty rain jackets because it was pouring down.
My favourite ride was the Haunted Mansion. I loved it because it was like the one in LA. My baby cousin, Alex, loved the Haunted Mansion too. We were quite surprised that he liked it because it is quite a scary ride. He was waving to all the skeletons and to the evil dogs.
Alex also liked It’s a Small World. He was waving to all of the dolls.
We went to see the parade. I liked seeing Mickey and Minnie. They were dancing to the music. Alex kept waving to all of the characters. It was so cute.
We also got to meet Mickey Mouse and I got his autograph in my book.
We got to stay up till 11 o’clock to see the fireworks display. In Paris they have to wait until late for fireworks because it doesn’t get dark until then. The fireworks were so cool. There were lights, fire balls, music and rain - heaps of rain. We loved it because the lights were projected onto the castle. It looked amazing!
After a long day, we went back to our hotel. I took my Minnie ears off and collapsed onto my bed. Zzzzzzzzzz!
